Central Texas Food Bank

Central Texas Food Bank - On Saturday, March 7, from 9 a.m. - 12 noon, we will be volunteering in the Product Recovery Warehouse of the Central Texas Food Bank (6500 Metropolis Drive, Austin, TX 78744) to inspect, clean, sort, box, and prepare donated food and non-food items to distribute to the CTFB's Partner Agencies and the communities they serve. The minimum age to participate is 8 years old. We have 18 volunteer spots reserved for our group. Each person volunteering for the Christ Lutheran Community Connections shift on Saturday, March 7 with the Food Bank will need to register with the Food Bank for that outing by 9 am Monday, March 2.
